At CareConnect Mobility Solutions, we believe mobility is about more than health & transportation. It’s about maintaining independence, accessing healthcare, staying connected, and continuing to live life with confidence and dignity.
We built CareConnect Mobility Solutions around one simple belief:
Transportation should never be the reason someone misses the care they need.
We recognized that although transportation services exist, older adults, caregivers, and organizations can still struggle to find, arrange, manage, and coordinate transportation.
CareConnect Mobility Solutions was created to help fill that gap.
We are creating solutions that make mobility easier to navigate from helping individuals and families coordinate transportation, to developing simpler booking and scheduling tools, supporting people transitioning away from driving, and building stronger connections between organizations and existing transportation providers.
We're building a different approach to mobility one centred on coordination, compassion, partnerships, and people.
We're not trying to replace existing transportation providers. We're working to connect them.
We're not asking families to navigate another complicated system. We're working to simplify it.
And we're not looking at transportation as just a ride from one place to another. We're looking at the whole journey and the support people need to stay connected to their care, their communities, and their independence.

Virginia Machie, Founder & Principal
Virginia Machie founded CareConnect Mobility Solutions with a simple belief: mobility is more than getting from one place to another, it’s about staying connected to healthcare, community, and the people and places that matter.
With a background in social and community services, Virginia saw firsthand how transportation challenges can affect seniors, people with disabilities, and their families. She created CareConnect Mobility Solutions to help bridge these gaps through personalized compassionate mobility support, better coordination, and meaningful connections.
Her vision is to make navigating life beyond driving easier, more dignified, and less overwhelming for individuals and the people who support them.
